WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Our current processing time for most orders is 3-10 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product description. 

       

      I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
      • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

         

        I'M ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY. WILL DUTIES, TAXES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES BE COVERED?

        • We cannot cover any of these charges at this time. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import charges before ordering.

         

        DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

        • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.
        • Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time.

           

          WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS?

          • If you are looking for an item that is sold out, please wait for 2 weeks for it to be restocked . You can always contact us to see if we will be restocking any specific items.
